If you just changed plugs how long would you wait to seafoam?

As the title states. I was going to run the seafoam right before I changed plugs but I did not want to lean on a hot engine. So now I got a can sitting here but don't want to get new plugs dirty what do you guys think? Also as far as I know they were the original plugs and I had 93k miles but the plugs were rusted when I got them out. Should I be concerned? Thanks.

naw- that happens to old plugs- no worries with new plugs
Usually- the change plugs after-- is because old shidded out plugs MAY get loaded up IF you fail to do the 4000 rpm heat it up and 20 minute multi vtec use accelleration runs

So just do the whole can in the vac line- use thumb on throttle cable to keep engine running as needed- smoke will be coming out the pipes when you get done
Wait 15 minutes and not any longer- go for hotfoot drive

You did install NGK iridiums right?
No wait between plug install and seafoam- and do again in 2000 miles according to can, the good for a while!
Do the crankcase next oil change
Do 1 can in 1/4 tank of gas or 2 oz per gallon fuel to super clean injectors- very inportant

Yup NGK iridiums. I am going to do oil soon and got the K&N oil filter your always talkin about . It was only a dollar more then the mobil 1 so I said what the hell. Do you know of anywhere to get em cheaper I ended up paying 12 bucks at autozone for it. Gonna use Pennzoil platinum this time too to see if there is a difference. And thanks for the tips makes sense.

sometimes you can catch a sale for 9-10 bucks but thats about it

They last a long time so a few dollars over 6 months is not much for the extra peace of mind and the ease of removal when time- you will appreciate the 1 inch nut welded on the end~

Toss a can or less if desired, of seafoam in crankcase- then your choice- drive a few minutes or just idle and then change the oil- will scrub the tiny passageways clean and make nice for the new penzsynth

NGK Iridiums will last 60k no prob and can run longer, to100k if you still have the car

Dont even worry about changing the plugs after seafoam unless you have 100k on the plugs-and they are dead

the seafoamed the Ol TL thread covers this over and over
