get weathertech. they're a bit pricey, but really nice. they fit great and handle spills very well.

Although I like weathertech and have them in my MDX for the trunk, to answer your question, the Acura all seaon mats are pretty good and durable. They aren't very deep so you can't expect to catch a cup of water. They work great for your every day rain step in, snow and mud. I've had mine in since 2001 and they still look new, just take it out, scrub it and hose it off. I personally like the fact they say Acura and they fit perfectly.

I love mine. they aren't for serious mud/water, but do great in day to day conditions. Easy to clean.

The 2nd gen "only" had the front mats as "all-season". It appears from a previous post the 3rd gen all-season mats fit. Perhaps you might luck out and some dealer will want to unload / liquidate their existing stock, now that the 4th gen TL will be out in the fall.

Weathertech ones are nice -- maybe get those based upon the feedback of other members.

PS I had the 2nd gen OEM ones. They served their purpose but sometimes my pants would get dirty / wet due to the grooves not being "deep" enough. Maybe pants-saver brand could have saved me!

^ Gap carpenter jeans. I don't think my dad kept his bells from the 70s. LOL.

But I do think the OEM all-season mats aren't that great... just my opinion.
