too much...
most likely around $4,000 to $5,000. It would have been more if I didnt have connections with stereo people and wheel people.
------------------
Factory body kit, factory rear wing, Comptech sport exhaust, Comptech sport lowering springs, Weapon-R intake, 18" OZ Nova Modular rims, Sony TV tuner, Sony Mobile ES receiver, Santeca 6.5" TV monitor, Sony PlayStation, JL Audio XR 6 1/2 inch components in the front doors, 6" JL coaxil speakers in the rear doors, (2) JL Audio 12" W6 subwoofers. MMATS DC1200 amp for the subs, MMATS LM2525 for the mids and highs, Phoenix Gold Zeropoint crossover, Phoenix Gold Zeropoint distribution block, lots and lots of Monster Cable, neon lighting.
Comptech headers, Koni rear struts, brake upgrade and Inspire tail lights to come in the not so distant future.

Lets add it up about $900 for Clifford Alarm with add-ons $900 on opt wheels $70 on trunk mat $80 for floor mats $40 on sun shade $200 on Tint paint protection& aquapel glass treatment about $200 a radar detector $120
I don't count wax &wash etc. because I would buy that anyway like I did for my ACCORD.I would say about $2300 I am just about done.
I don't smoke drink or do the drugs no kids yet so I can handle it.

I've spent all around ~$200 bra, mud guards, shift knob, etc. No mods, I like to keep my cars bare stock and spend my hardly earned money on the entertainment instead.

GUYS, you should not regret spending all that money hooking up your cars!
stylin silver sled: thank god for hookups...i could use one once in a while.
look at them now, they look phat as hell. people are turning heads and girls dig it! i haven't even gotten to the exterior of the car yet. i'm gonna save rims and performance for next summer. for now, i'm gonna concentrate on GC & konis.
hopefully we'll get some more TL meets in the future, especially when my car is near completion!
GOOD LUCK with everyone's whip!

$7, plus tax. I bought a license plate bracket to hide the ragged edges of my 12-year-old plate. (I won't get new plates becuase if I do, I need to add a front one.)
When the tires wear out in 3 years, I'll buy a good set of all-season sport tires. I'm looking forward to that!
Does wax count?
I have no interest in anything that would change the exterior appearance, and I think the interior (especially the black) would look better with less wood, not more. I've got my audiophile stereo at home, where it belongs.
But, hey, you guys have fun!

WEll, so far I've spent almost $44K on the car itself w/ interest from the bank. That includes taxes, title, destination and all that crap the dealer adds to the car.
As far as after market, I spent $22 bucks on wax and cleaners and $10 bucks on car wash - was in a hurry(brushless).
Well I plan on spending this week:
Tint: 200 (thanks Streetz)
Wood dash kit: 200 (intstalled)
Burlwood shifter 105(shipped to me)
Hook ups(connections) do help!
------------------
2001 Acura 3.2TL w/ Navi Black ext. Ebony int., Sunroof Visor and more to come!
