How to get hids on lowbeams and fogs

I want to buy 6k hid's for my lowbeams and put the stock 4k lowbeams in the fogs. is this possible? If so, what do i need to purchase?

i would think that you would need to purchase an hid conversion that contains the ballast and ignitors...
