Head Gasket Leaking Oil but car runs fine.

Car was leaking A LOT of oil from different areas. Mechanic determined it was from O-Ring and replaced the O-ring and the oil filter housing gasket. Afterwards, it was determined Head gasket also has a very minor leak. Car runs fine.

Addition Info. Crank and Cam seals were replaced 15k miles ago.

Car is 1999 Tl with 202K.

Additional Work I have recently done:

New Paint
Transmission oil flush
Brakes resurfaced
new radiator due to leak

HEAD gasket leaking oil?

Or valve cover gasket?

2 different symptoms with very different causes and fixes.

Head Gasket. Big Job. Both sides need to be removed and sent to another shop to be resurfaced.

Are you asking for advice or just letting us know..?

I think that was the confusion: were you asking for confirmation

both. It runs fine. Can I continue to drive. After replacing O-Ring, not much oil is leaking.

yes you can continue to drive. However, with 202K miles I would look forward to doing the heads, given that all else is ok!

Given the head gasket is leaking oil I'd try your best to keep your car out of VTEC mode until it's fixed. I.e. below 4K RPM.

Id get a 2nd opinion on the Head gasket leaking oil. Its more likely the valve cover gasket leaking oil than the head gasket. If the head gasket was leaking oil id say you would more than likely have bigger problems
