i remember reading a post about this but cant find it in the searches... so would anyone mind telling me if they went to their dealership for an oil change and they were denied because of the car being dropped? what reason did they give for not doing the oil change?

if that happens to you, just find another dealer because that dealer shouldnt be working on cars.

didnt happen to me but i just wanted to make sure i wasnt imagining things... also, how low was the drop?

My drop is 3inches and i wasnt denied an oil change by my dealer.

I also have a Comptech drop and the dealer has never refused to take my money. I mean, give me an oil change.

good good, finally replies... maybe i imagined it... i just remember reading somewhere in a thread that the dealer refused to do the oil change (or maybe it was alignment?)

durring auto class in my school one time we tried to get a kids beamer onto the lift and the arms wouldn't slid underneath it...so we had to drive it onto peices of would..then use a floor jack to elevate it enough to clear the arms...so i guess if your car is too low its not that they wont..but maybe they cant...we also had another lift wher eyou drive onto it...but agian it wouldnt make it up the ramp

wat the? this is weird...they did my rotors under warrenty and my car is on sport drop w/ OEM kit...
so they should also do your oil change....
