Does a new oem power steering pump have new O rings or do I have to buy them separate

I have a new oem power steering pump which I'm getting installed, I know it's whining because of the o rings and want to know if they're pre-installed on the oem pump or if I buy them separate?

Bonus question - I have a transmission cooler installed and there's a leaking line(s), I want to replace both hoses. Would the below hose work? I want to give my mechanic all parts so he doesn't jack up the part prices.

the o-rings are typically on the hose so no it won't be on the pump. Why did you buy a new OEM pump if it was just the o-rings that was problematic? The issue with the o-ring is since it's failing, air is being introduced into the system, thus causing failure. If the old pump has failed and you're referring to the seals internally, then the new OEM pump has those installed already.

The former usually fixes the problem.

In regards to the transmission cooler, you'll need to figure out the inlet/outlet sizes of it to see if that hose will fit.

May I ask what brand power steering pump did you purchase? I need to replace mine, but so many choices from ebay, amazon, local auto parts stores, new/rebuilt, etc. Making me dizzy, and no, do not want to try and rebuild. Saw video of those "vanes" all falling out and don't want to attempt that. Tks!
