DTC 94-1, throttle control sensor 2002 TL Type S

Evening. Been working on my project car which is a 02 tl type s. I removed the intake manifold to replace valve cover gaskets, and in the process cleaned the main and sub throttle bodies, the manifold, replaced egr valve, cleaned iacv, and replaced gaskets. After putting everything back together, i had a cel with the p0505 and 94-1 codes. The vsa and traction control triangle lights are also on. I did many things to trouble shoot the car, but the secondary throttle, closest to the air filter is idling very high, from what my autel scanner reads. I think i might have threw off the adjustment on it when i cleaned it and removed the screws. Sent it to acura and they cleared the p0505 code, but said the tcs code remained which is probably bc of a short or damaged sensor. The car was idling and running perfect bf i took it apart and cleaned everything and there were no p0505 or 94-1 codes. I positive there's no short bc im the only one who has been working on the car. I believe i have to re adjust the secondary throttle body sensor. Acura is still in the process of trouble shooting to try and find out what is causing the code. The car was running pretty good when i took it to acura, but did have sporadic idling issues. No stalling or major hesitation. Any help is appreciated thanks

Sounds like a vacuum leak. many different places this can occur if you took off all those parts.

Thanks for responding. I broke down and took the car the Acura service and paid for the diagnostic, $135. The the throttle control sensor, that mounts onto the mini sub throttle body (closest to the air filter) is bad. My guess is that when i manually moved the throttle plate to clean it, i damaged it somehow. The part is no longer available from Acurs so ill get a used one, but first im going to attemt to fix it. Maybe some dirt or something lodged in there when i sprayed it with carb cleaner. The great news is that the p0505 code is cleared and the new iacv worked. $235.00 from Acura.
