Which is the Correct Keyless remote for a 2001 Acura 3.2 TL
 

Hello i just bought a 2001 Acura TL3.2 But i need to get a replacement remote because it was lost a few owners back.
Anyways what is the correct Model and where do i get it? Is it hard to program it?
Also do All 2001 Acura TL3.2's come with a factory Alarm or is it just the type?

It just sucks having to Open the Driver's Side door and press the trunk open button to open the trunk because that is the only way aside from the remote. I wish Acura would have put a good ol fashioned key hole to open the trunk on the trunk

I purchased these from Amazon and they have been working fine for 3 months now, no problems with functions and the range is pretty good. They "should" work for your 2001? Programming instructions were included and took about 5 minutes.

The only thing it says it is for a 2002-2003 Acura TL,however mine is a 2001 Acura TL i don't think it will work or will it?

Most of the Acura websites have great illustrations for determining the part you need. I went to a site and was able to find the part number for the remote to your car (if you have the stock keyless entry). You can use this information as a reference when buying a 3rd party remote to make sure what you are buying is compatible.

Yeo=p, what Whitetiger said. I can't guarantee the one I used will work with your 2001, I'd check the OE part number and cross it to an aftermarket part.
