Cooling system question

If I had air in my cooling system would my heater work? I took my thermostat out and replaced the coolant awhile ago and I don’t think I bled my cooling system. If there was air what would be some changes I would I notice. Can I just bleed it to be sure? What is the procedure to bleed it. I have a 2003 acaur tl. Thank you

Use of the SEARCH FEATURE, regarding bleeding your cooling system, will provide you with the information you are looking for. Two symptoms, of low coolant level, and or, air in the system, would be, little or no heat, from the heater, and possibly, erratic engine idle. Properly bleeding the system, is easy, and will eliminate the aforementioned issues.
