Cool, check this out, directly reply from Seafoam Manufactory

after i sent an email to Seafoam manufactory regarding spark plugs and oil change after using seafoam, I got the email this morning, I think should answer lots of questions for seafoam...
hahaha

"Spark plugs are manufactured to have an extended service life, your vehicle manufacturer or plug manufacturer will give you replacement RECOMMENDATIONS. These are average figures, meaning sometimes sooner, sometimes later replacement may be recommended.

Using Sea Foam in the fuel of an engine that has air, fuel and spark systems that function properly and do not have a weak (end of service life) component, DOES NOT Necessitate REPLACEMENT of a component, like a spark plug, unless there is contamination or physical damage.
Sea Foam WILL NOT cause a problem.

If you are contemplating an UPPER CYLINDER CARBON CLEANING PROCEDURE, be a student of the induction system on your vehicle BEFORE attempting it. If you do this procedure, plug replacement (after aggressive drive) SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY, nor should an oil service. "

haha, from the manufactory's recommendation, the best direction, 1st can from mouth, 2nd can from the back, 3rd can from somewhere else. and if you do follow the order, it will increase the injection ability for your bird, clean up your body system......

I seafoam my engine every 5k miles and it does make a difference and I even pulled a plug after I had seafoamed probably 3 times over 15-20k and the plug looked like new still.
