CC & AC Compressor after tranny replacement
I just got my car back from having the tranny replaced and noticed that my climate control is very erratic at keeping temp now.
As one of my tests, I decided to kick on the AC compressor. It was ~32 degrees outside and the compressor will NOT turn on at idle.
Is there some sort of thermal switch preventing it from turning on at this temp or is something really wrong? I simply don't remember how it worked before I took it in but I seem to remember it coming on before.
As an aside, I used to be able to keep the CC at 70F, now I have to keep it 63F; the baffle motor seems to work too - anybody else notice a diff after a tranny replacement and computer replacement?
