A/c or heat doesn't blow at all
I have replaced the blower motor and nothing, so then I found out it may have been the resitor. So I replaced it, and it worked for a minute, the got extremely hot and stopped working. Don't know what to check??

Check the wiring. The factory made it to short and it burns out. There is actually a dealer part # for it, it's a small little wire harness. That is what it was in my car when my blower stopped working. Fixed it for like $10.

I didnt read the pdf--it is about the connector burning inside/backside and blowing other parts?
the kit from acura has a new connector set and longer wires,
to offer some strain relief to the connection
Seems like we should all ck the connector when replacing cabin filter
winter seems to find the fan on 5 -which puts more heat in the wires
good idea to ck battery cables and parts store will ck batt and alt condition for free
The extra load of lights, seat heater, cabin fan/heater,,,all tax the battery
If over 3 years on it- failure is in your near future
(time limit exception to certain awesome and $ expensive brands)

My fan quit working today. I pulled off the plug on the blower motor and this is what I found...wonder if the blower will still work?

Mine looked like the pic, just replaced the blower for fun cut out the oxidized parts of the wires and made my own connections.
Works great!
Try operating the blower after repairing your connector, that should tell you if the resistor and fan are working.
