Well .. i've been there to their service dept. at least 10 times for small things going wrong w/ my TL-S .. (nothing that irritated me) and they ALWAYS screw up the small things... just recently I had my center console fascia replaced under warranty because it was warping in the heat, and they forgot to replace the wires to the fogswitch, etc. Also, they always claim over the phone "we can't replicate the problem" .. and then I'll go in, replicate it in front of them, get this "oh, there must have been some miscommunication"and i'll have to arrange another loaner .. etc

what a waste of time...

how is the experience at mcgrath? That's where I'm heading from now on for warranty serice and all other service.

I have the same problem sometimes because they don't listen...the mis-communication between the service rep and the tech looking at the car.

I hear ya man... i spoke w/ several managers and the consumer relations woman ... all were VERY understanding, but somehow I don't think anything is going to change.

i've never had any problems...in fact, they have been pretty cool about everything. since i lived downtown, and it was a pain to drive out to wesmont where i bought the car, i would take it to mcgrath lexus on division and elston and they would come pick up the car for me. everything was cool until the day before i moved when i took it in for a wash and they put a huge gash on the driver's door...so i complained to the service manager immediately, and since i was moving the next day, he just asked for an estimate and within a week or so i had a check in my hand to get it fixed. other than that, they were pretty good...and fyi, i never went to the one out in glenview

i think you should switch to woodfield acura i heard nothing but good thing about them and not only they they were willing to give me a unconditional loaner for an oil change whereas continental flatly refused even though my car has been bought there .

Continental Acura is a very shady dealership in my eyes at this point... many people i know have had negative experiences there...

I should write a letter to the GM
