Anyone with Aftermarket Brake Discs and Pads

Man the TL-S brakes kinda suck. I was doing 90 this morn with
plenty of room to brake when this light turn red and as I started
to brake the car just wouldn't stop.

Anyone else have this problem? Did anyone change there
discs and pads and notice a difference? If so what
aftermarket manufacture did you use?

Change your tires, you'll see a difference. Change to Metal Master Pads, or AEM pads, you'll see a difference. Last but not least, if you modify your suspension, with springs/sways/shocks, you will see a big difference in braking and reaction times, as the stiffer suspension won't absorb as much the weight transfer from back to front when you slam on the brakes.

The breaks suck in my TLS. I feel I should have them checked out. Just doen't feel normal. They were a lot tighter when I first bouth them and before I took the long trip to Toronto from NYC.

I know rotors would make a difference but if someone couldn't
afford them would pads would be enough to make a difference?

Are the stock TLS pads that sorry?

Yes the TL-S brakes are sorry. Changing rotors won't help either (unless you're getting brake fade) unless you got larger diameter rotors. For improved braking feel get Stainless Steel Brake Lines and new pads.

Get better pads like Axxis metal master pads, it makes a big difference. Also, brake lines do not improve braking, it'll only improve the "feel" of the brake pedal.
