Unhappy Should I buy a new bumper...?

Ok so last week I was driving my TL long story short the people driving next to me started telling me that it was on fire, I parked in Mcdonalds where they helped me put down the fire. There was some kind of a short circuit. Now my question is buying a new bumper is expensive, any ideas ?

That'll buff right out.

Get some duct tape, the silver color will match pretty close.

All kidding aside, buy a new bumper. This one's almost literally toast.

Check out the local salvage yard, or on ebay.

If you buy an aftermarket replacement bumper, make sure it is CARPA certified. Only well-made aftermarket body parts get this certification. Basically it is like a guarantee that it will fit just like an OE part but for a much lower price. They're made exactly like the original with all mounting holes and cutouts lined up correctly. Don't buy the cheap non-certified shit. It's either CARPA or OE, nothing else is worth the trouble and money.
