Air intake/Cold air induction system question

I was wanting to add a air intake to my 99 tl, i couldn't find any on ebay, only for the tl-s or 2000 and up TL.

I was thinking between these three

1) Injen - cold air intake
2) AEM v2 cold air intake
3) Comptech icebox

Can someone tell me what the differences are and how each installs(whether it needs modification to the engine or bumper). I was thinking about getting the comptech icebox - can anyone tell me how this works?

First of all, 2000 and up TL is the same for 1999. Second, the search function is your friend. Please use it. Out of those three, I would recommend the Comptech Icebox.

I have the AEM V2 and I love it...I would NOT recommend the Icebox because many have complained about problems with it fitting, plus you really can get about the same effect with removing your lower intake resonator and putting in a K&N air filter and keeping the stock air box (very similar to the Comptech design).

so if you want the best real CAI - Get the V2.
