Exclamation Acura TL G2 Repair, Sell it, Scrap?

I bought this car in November of 2018 and it was my fault for buying it because the transmission is now poop. It runs and drives but will not shift in 3rd gear automatically if you manually do it the whole car shakes I knew immediately I have a bad transmission in this but the question is is it worth to repair sell it or scrap it the car doesn't even have 100000 miles

The car looks surprisingly beat for the mileage, that said, it is nearing 20 years old.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but based upon the instrument cluster, you have an early 2G TL with the 4-Speed automatic transmission. Yes, no?

If yes, there are quite a number of rebuild kits for that transmission which at least partially remediate the basic design weaknesses of the unit. Long story short, if I liked everything else about the car, I'd get the tranny remanufactured and call it a day. The good news is the rest of the car may well last a very long time.

It's a 5-speed transmission.
The reason why it's so beat up is I drove this at winter and because the car is so low I drove off and I end up often on the side of the road the front and rear bumper were ruined.
All the modifications on the vehicle I didn't do I bought it this way.

This is how the car looks like when I bought it on the spot and I just registered to my name

Agreed, if you have a 5-Speed car, look up the Accord V6 (aka. AV6) swap with the 5-Speed unit sporting a BAYA manufacturing code.
