99 TL with 180K seafoam
Hi everyone:
I recently bought this car, and I love it. Before that I had an GSR integra.
My friend replaced side and front mounts, timing belt, water pump, plugs, oil, flushed the radiator, front rotors and pads for $750 all, not bad I guess. Anyway, I used seafoam on my integra and planning on TL as well. However I do not want to replace oil and the plugs. What if I will not replace them after seafoam? Or should I better wait 3K for the next oil change?
And I used 1 can on my integra, 1 can should be enough right?
Actually, another friend of mine did 1/3 seafoam on this TL on a different hose other than shown in DIY post. very little smoke came, I guess it was wrong?

based on what others have said. its best to change the oil ASAP after the seafoam. I wouldn't risk it. wait until your next oil change to be on the safe side.

Just dont add the seafoam to the oil until your ready to replace it. Use it in your gas and thru a vac line though and you wont have to replace oil or plugs.
