You will see pictures above. I have had this Acura for close to a week, driving no more than an hour a day and all the fluids are good but the coolant. The level is very low. I just ordered Genuine Honda Long Life Coolant and should arrive by the 20th. Should I avoid driving until that day to avoid any bigger issues? The H/C gauge in my car is normal (usually at halfway point) and I checked the radiator level earlier this morning and saw some fluid in there.

Pour in some distilled water and see what happens.

OK, how much distilled water should I pour in?

Fill it to the Max line; drive the car until it is fully warm and then park it and let it fully cool. Once the engine is fully cool, check the level in the reservoir and let us know how much is gone.

OK. Am I going to have to do a coolant system flush now? I popped up the hood and it says to never dilute the coolant system - it will shorten the lifespan of the engine.

a cup or two of distilled water will not matter.
