I'll have to get Ryan to book me a flight to Appleton on Delta and I'll come help you put it together.

I can't wait to see the end result.

I love the work you're doing. I can't wait to see it done. You should change the pedals while you are down there. Looks like a pain in the ass putting all those wires back together.

You should install an e-brake down on the left side of the driver seat

That is some sick ass GUTTING OF AN ENGINE AND TRANNY THERE. NICE WORK!!! Thats a hell of a project to dig yourself deeply into. I hope you know everything your doing cuz just by the looks of what youve taken out, that shit loooks waaaayyyy tooo complicated. But thats a sick conversion if you pull it off successfully. Hope everything falls into place as it comes together. Cant wait to see it. Good luck.

Do you have an estimate for how much this will cost in the end? Just a guess would be fine.. Your knowledge of the car blows my mind.. I can barely change the oil..

i dont think he mentioned getting the cl-s 6 speed console. Recently a friend of mine got a 03 cl-s 6 speed, i did look at hte console. They look the same however the heated seat buttons are in a different location and there are not rear vents like we have on the TL's unless I overlooked it but I'll checck it out again. I think it would work and would make it look stock if you could get one that matches your interior.

Hasnt been brought up, but ive thought about it. Im either going to try to use mine but buy the type-s covers CL-6, or if that doesnt work get a used cluster or something.

when you say use yours..you mean your cluster but the type s gauges or your cluster with your stock gauges? If you use the stock gauges, i believe the d5, or d1 light will blink ..or something..i forgot what was happening off hand with the accords doing the swap. I'm was going to buy the gauges and try to swap them first, and if that didn't work I was going to get a used cluster.

fsttyms1, i was thinking about something the other day, and as much as i don't want to be a killjoy are you sure everything you're doing will pass your state vehicle inspection?

since you're using a CL ECU there won't be any transmission "ghost codes" so you're safe there, but since you're radically changing the setup of the drivetrain, etc. you may want to check up on your state laws regarding vehicle modifications.

i know in NY it's illegal to modify your vehicle in almost every manner other than stock. obviously this doesn't include wear items like tires and wipers, and obviously most cops won't bother you for rims or lowering your car. i know you have some friends who are on the job so you may want to see if they have a "friendly" shop around.

or perhaps you allready thought of this and i'm just rehashing old news....

just looking out for you.
