I managed all the claims for us during the smart grid deployment and I made sure to

Only for very serious issues. There is a dedicated team that is a point of contact for most issues. If a problem is serious enough, I get directly involved.

It's usually the shit customer that buys in low volume, complains the most, and expects service like they're keeping us in business
