I'm in the Process Controls industry. When a customer (think pharma, biotech, energy, food and beverage, or some other chemical automated process) has an issue, they call me and I head up a team which tries to fix the issue. So, in the most extreme situations, we take steps to get the customer's plant restarted. Other times, it's simple support issues.

Soon is relative. No idea where the fark the car is. Still not arrived and as far as I know from last week, still in Halifax enjoying the ocean-view.


But, I made another baby step by coughing up about $270CAD for Weathertech mats? Woot...?
