2003 TLS -I have code 53-1 = ABS pump motor relay short, VSA, ABS, Exclamation lights
 

I just got my the recall done (second time) on my air bag inflator and on the way home, I hit a pot hole and immediately abs, vsa, and exclamation/triangle lights came on.

Ran a scan, it had 3 codes 53-1 = ABS pump motor relay short being one of them and cleared all 3. 53-1 immediately comes back and the others went away. Tested all wheel speed sensors with the scan tool live data feature and they're all working properly. I attempted to test the ABS pump with live data as well and all the device would show me a is a fluctuation of 3.9 to 4.2 volts on a graph, but the voltage did move if that means anything relating to functionality.

I will test abs with a hard stop later today but wanted to see if anyone has any advice to further troubleshoot this issue.

ABS Does work - I tried slamming on the brakes and felt pulsation and came to an immediate stop without skidding.
