2003 TL I am stumped please help!!!
I can't start my 2003 TL. No crank no start. It would start right up about every 10th try. I replaced the Nuetral Safety Switch, started 3 times...then no more. I replaced all the ground wires...still no no crank no start. Battery is fine, starter is fine...
I'm at a complete loss and really need this car to work. Please, if you have any idea what this might be please let me know. All the lights come on, everything works fine it just want crank or start. On the rare occasion that it does it cranks and starts right up.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Felix2 check your starters solenoid and replace it or get a brand new starter and back track all the ignition grounds from your ignition switch back to the starter, you need a tester or go to a tech that only does auto electrical work, " this is a electrical issue" hands down...
Good Luck!

Thanks Explorer, wouldn't the solenoid click when trying to start if it was bad? I only get nothing, just a single click. Not sure how to back track all the ignition grounds from switch to the starter, can you offer some guidance?
Do you know of a video that might help me with this?
thanks,

I remember I had this problem in my '92 Legend, I ended up changing out a "main relay". Look at the link and give this a try.

Mario 03 very good point and a very good start point for Felix2, to get his electrical issue resolved " bravo Mario 03"
PS: Felix2 please try Mario's suggestion and if the main relay passes the test please look into getting your car looked by a Honda electrical tech ASAP "use Kijiji in your area for starters and place a call and ask your questions over the phone and take it from there" this is the best and fastest way to resolve your electrical problem at this time...
Big Reminder look at your key chain make sure you don't have have tons of keys and remotes and other gadgets hooked on your car's main key chain " this extra weight will for sure kill your ignition switch and internal contacts within the ignition switch" <-----------Major Heads Up...
Good Luck Felix2

Thank you Mario but that isn't my problem. I looked at the link you posted (thanks) but my car won't crank. It won't turn over at all. It's as if the car doesn't know it's in park. I've replaced all the grounding wires, sandpapered the terminals, (it's a new battery). I tested the starter it works fine. I've replaced the Nuetral Safety switch twice....sometimes it will start, sometimes it won't.
I got stranded at Autozone today. Cranked at the house....wouldn't crank at autozone. We had to hotwire the starter straight from the batter to get it cranked...that worked fine. I've checked the brake solenoid at the peddle and it works fine and my brake lights work as well.
It seems there is a short somewhere between the shifter and the ignition but for the life of me I can't find it. I've had to manually push down the shift lock a couple of times to get it out of park and move the shifter around and it would crank....but then the next time I did that it wouldn't.
If I can find a video of how to get in under the shifter to try to find any lose links that would be great. Does anyone know where such an instruction or video might be seen?
Thanks again for all your help.
