A few years back, water was spilled into the head unit, and the audio became garbled and staticky, working only in the right rear speaker. The head unit was replaced with another head unit from a junk yard, and the same issue persisted. The original head unit was tested out of the car by a shop, and was said to be fully functional. I recently tested the speakers and subwoofer independently from the car by hooking them up one-by-one to an amp, and they all worked fine.

What could the issue be? Is there an amp or something that could be having issues?
