2003 3.2 TL Engine mount replacement in the Bay Area
Hello TL'ers and SF Bay area
My 2003 TL is in desperate (welll... almost) need of engine mounts. Every time I go over bumps and dips, I hear clicks and clunks - some times even when making turns.
An inexpensive mechanic in the bay area to replace these, anyone? The car is worth <800 I. trade in, so it doesn't make sense to pay >400 for repairs, especially since I also have a 12-1 airbag code that also needs replacement. Otherwise the car runs great.
For parts, Amazon sells a set of 4 for <70. Is that what I need?
Replace all 4? only 3, leaving the rear as is?
Any pointers here, please?
Thanks in advance

The cars worth is what someone is willing to pay for it, and shouldn't deter you from spending money to maintain it.
Personally, I feel much better spending a fixed amount of money every once in a while vs a fixed amount every month (repairs vs new car payment).
Did you confirm that it was indeed the engine mounts? ball joints can lead to some mysterious clunks when going over bumps; missing these could lead to some frustration when you replace mounts and find that clunks are still there.
