15K oil change
Imo if is synthetic oil used there is not need for more often oil change than 15K. I use "Mobil 1 synthetic" and Mobil filter good for 20K. I will switch to 20K oil change interval for Acura as my finger scrubbing test show it is good at 15k. At my F250 99 that I drive like 6K per year I change oil every 2 years. Acura is at 265K and F250 is at 155K. Both engines are in good shape. Trucking companies do testing of oils and theirs trucks go at minimum 25k oil change intervals. Recently Acura was loosing oil at rate quarter per month and I changed oil after 25K. I use 15-20K change interval already 16 years without any problem with engines. I do not believe opinion of anyone who didn't do lab test - case closed.

^^^ I do not know what mean "loosing". If someone has some other data let us know. However when I checked old threads they change synthetic every 7K and it is to me nonsense.

^^^ Yeah lab tests worth more but plebs can put opinion to.. Just below my thread was other thread and they are from 2,5K to 7,5K. No way. Why would Mobil 1 state good for 15K at can. I'm pushing 20K schedule now. I do not see reason for so low schedule. I tough it is common knowledge. It say so right at can.
