03tls - Car hesitating for a few seconds before starting - now check engine light on

For the last few months my car would hesitate before starting and getting full power. I don't know if it's unrelated, but my Viper remote starter recently stopped working after disconnecting the battery however my car starts fine with the key. Today, after a car wash, my check engine light came on. I'm going to get the codes read tomorrow. Does this sound like an o2 sensor?

I got the codes - P1399, P0300, P0306, P0305, P0304. I got these codes last year and it was an ignition coil to which I replaced all of them with oem replacements. What gives?

I did spark plugs with long lasting ngk 10k ago and egr ports around same time when I was troubleshooting this exact issue before I knew it was coil related. 1399 said random misfire. Just having a hard time believing it could be a coil when all were replaced recently -- oh well I'll test my theory tomorrow.

checked all my ignition coils, everyone is working as I noticed decreased rpms upon pulling each coil. My valves were done 30k ago, plugs 10k, egr port clean 10k, what's left that could throw a check engine light with my codes?

iridium -- could this possibly be my air filter? I reset the check engine today and drove 20 miles and it hasn't come back yet.

It was a dirty air filter coupled with a clogged nylon stocking under it. Yay!
