03 CL-S6 Flywheel

While going through the parts list and checking the high ticket items, I found the flywheel part: 22100-PGE-026.

In the swap builds, most people are listing max ~$400 for clutch and flywheel. Where are you guys finding the manual trans flywheel for that cheap? The cheapest I found was about $500.

Should I just get a used one from car-part.com for ~$150? I'm okay paying $250 for a new oem clutch.

Dont buy a used flywheel, our dual mass flywheels (for the most part) cant be turned. Spend the money and get the light weight one from heeltoe

I read that using a light weight flywheel at the same time as a light weight crank pulley will cause problems and damage. There was not enough dampening in the crank, and it caused the pressure plate to become damaged, or something like that?

In light of this, I plan on only getting one of these two lightweight products. Would you recommend the light pulley, or the light flywheel?

Do you have a link or something? Also, which flywheels are compatible with the CLS6 tranny?

I'm assuming kits made for 04-07 TL manual will also work?

Disregard. Apparently that problem was only associated with the Comptech lightweight flywheel, which they cut production of.

The same clutch kits can be used between the CL-S6 and the manual 3G-TL, but the flywheel is different because of some sensor.

If I'm using an auto 2G TL engine with a CL-S6 tranny, should I get the CL flywheel or the 3G TL flywheel?

I don't think I'll be able to get it for that cheap lol. Hopefully Rush has a good price though.

I'm guess I'm looking for the CL version of the flywheel, not the TL one.

Tru dat,
They are pretty much identical from what i've seen, so whichever can be had for cheaper, go for.
