Will a American Bumper (No Headlight Washers) fit on Canadian RL Model

Anyone know if an american bumper will fit on the Canadian 2005 RL? I know the CDN RL has headlight washers with cut outs in the bumper. Does this mean I can only use the Canadian specific bumper? It is a hard part to track down

Yes the bumpers are interchangeable. You can even cut out the holes to install the HL washers or covers.
