I replaced the stator yesterday on my 2005 RL and it's still blowing hot air, any suggestions?

I would suggest that you start at the basics as obviously something is missing.

What are your high and low readings?

Is the fan coming on when you turn on your AC?

On a 85F day the readings were 90 on the low side and only 50 high (high being this low, would mean compressor isn't even running correct?)

and the fan is turning on.
