turned interior temperature up to 70 degrees last night, lowered temperature to 60
was cold last night, turned temperature up to 70 degrees. now will not blow cold air? air temperature sensor?

Whether cold air blows when you set the temp to 70 depends on the temperature of the ambient air. Set to the temp to Lo and see if cold air blows. Set the temp to Hi and see if hot air blows. If yes to both, you know everything is functioning properly.
