Transmission Drain Plug and Other Plugs?

Hi,

I'm pretty sure I know where the ATF drain plug is. You have to take the plastic shield/protector off to get to the plug. It's toward the front and the ATF dipstick is pretty much above it. I've attached a photo.

What are the other plugs for? See pics. How do I change these and with what?

Thanks,

Chris

Looks to be your transfer case and I used AMSOIL Synthetic 80W-90 Gear Lube in mine

Yep, transfer case. I fill the tranny through the dipstick, I can’t reach the fill plug very easily.

Yup! First pic is transmission drain plug. I also fill using a turkey baster in the dipstick. Second pic is the transfer case. The fill plug is between the two bolts. the drain is obviously the other one pointing down. I use Mobil 1 75-90 for transfer case and Honda DW1 or Redline D4 for ATF.
