Roof Molding Trim

My car got beat up pretty badly by hail and the two molding trims that run the length of the roof are dented. Looks like they are about $175 each but I’m wondering about removal and installation.

Are you talking about the strips that go across the roof that are like rubber? If so i replaced one a few years ago and it just pops out and you pull it out easy as heck!
