P0137 cel

Ive had P0137 since the day I added my new O2 Sensors and RV6 PCD - Its low voltage on Bank 1 sensor 2 I assume hopefully the new O2 sensor that was installed isnt working and its causing the car to run rich?

I have been getting HORRIFIC MPG 270-295 miles on a full tank of gas.. this RL only gets Vpower Shell.

Im hoping this is the O2 sensor being bad but im filling up pretty fast now its getting expensive

I think you might need a spacer for the O2 sensor. I think it's called a defouler? Essentially the engine thinks the cat isn't working right and is adjusting. Technically the cat isn't working since it's not really there haha

Didn't you buy your PCDs new? They're suppose to come with defoulers..
