O7 RL Check Oil Level & ticking noise Belt Tensioner?

Car is making a loud ticking noise and check oil level lift comes on at idle and until around 1100 rpm. Has 168k miles. Before looking it up I would have guessed lifter noise or the start of a rod bearing. Oil level is fine. After doing some research it sounds exactly like a belt tensioner. Can a bad belt tensioner cause a drop in oil pressure at low rpms? Can't hardly believe that it would have a bad oil pump or bearing issue at 168k. I've owned 6 Acura in 24 years and all went 250k+ without engine issues. Sure hope it's not time for one.

Thoughts?

Could be the bad tensioner causing a drop in voltage. That might be causing the electronics to go haywire?
