Lag in CMBS and ACC after Recall
 

In my 2006 RL have noticed a substantial lag and more in CMBS and ACC after Recall was done to replace Master cylinder.
In fact the seat belts do not tighten up anymore like they used to preempting a collision... and ACC is slow to react and nearly no braking is applied to traffic stopped ahead.
This has reduced the effectiveness of the whole system.
I do not know what they can do to it.
Does anybody had this problem ?
