Drivers side master switch

Drivers side master switch
Drivers side window will not roll down. I have replaced the mater switch and disconnected the battery to reset everything and still the window won’t roll down. This problem has been going on for while. I have run out of options. Has anyone had this issue and have solution? Thank you in advance.
