Click / Clicking sounds like front left tire area

Any ideas?

Start slow. click, click, click, speeds up as I speed up.

Doesn't seem to change sound on different surface.

Speeds up as tire speeds up, slows down as tire slows down.

Same click whether going straight, turning left, turning right, etc. direction does not change speed or intensity of click

Looked for rocks in tires. Tire not losing air pressure.

Wouldn't that change under turns? Unless it's the inner joint?

once when I was wee young lad, I couldn't figure out why my car sounded like I stuck playing card between my bicylcle wheels.
it ended up being a loose wheel weight, flapping against the wheel during each rotation...so it did get faster with speed. I would look for something loose and slapping against the wheel in your case.

If you go over a speed bump do you hear it clicking? If so it is probably a sway bar end link on that side. If bad, replace both sides.

So I would suggest, if you can, lift the front end on shop jack or jack stands and physically rotate the front wheels and listen for noises. One side at a time to see if you can narrow your point of origin for the noise.

Turned out to be a loose wheel weight slapping caliper.

Wheel removed, weights removed, rebalanced.
