Ran sensor diag. no problems shown. Have confirmed control valve open inlet out let temp at 170. Have heat on passenger side vent in manual mode with re circulation vent closed. When open no heat appears to be around 67. Drivers the same no matter what at 67. Great heat at rear vents. Toa reading appears to be only sensor out of wack with a 140 reading. Have ohm tested the drivers temp sensor and confirmed fan operation as well as ohm tested the passenger vent sensor for function as well both check out. solar sensor values appear normal with flashlight test and covering it on dash. I get a call for air conditioning in manual mode as soon as I come off high it also does the same thing in auto mode. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
