Anyone know if the headers are welded to the engine block on the RL?

Anyone know if the headers are welded to the engine block on the RL?
Curious to know, b/c I'm sure Comptech could find more hp w/ a nicer flowing exhaust system, starting w/ the exhaust manifolds.
