Question 2009 Acura RL can't hear voice prompt thru speakers

I have a 2009 Acura RL Tech Package. First of all great car, I love it, but there is just one problem I can't figure out. I can't hear the voice prompt thru my speakers. I connected my Galaxy S8 by following the manual instructions. I could here my Pandora thru the bluetooth audio and the music comes thru the speakers, but when I receive a call I can't hear it at all from the speakers or my phone until I turn off the bluetooth.
I did a small test on the radio function to see if all speakers are all in working order. I did the fader, the balance, the center, and bass. I realized my left tweeter, right tweeter, my driver door and my passenger door speakers aren't working (No Sound). Every other speakers are okay. I don't know where to start.. could it be the HFL Unit under the glove box or could it be the speakers and tweeters. I look all over the internet and I haven't found anything yet. Can anyone help or link me to a thread that could probably solve this.

I think the voice prompts for navigation come through the front door speakers only.

Thank you... that narrows it down to the front speakers not working. So how go about checking the front doors speakers and tweeters?

It seems you've narrowed it down to the front door speakers not working. They are probably blown. I think they need replacement.
