08 RL brake advice please

Hi all--
I just switched from an '04 TL to an '08 RL and while I sorta appreciate the added luxury, I REALLY miss the much more direct brake feel of the TL. Admittedly, the RL I bought has 95, 000 miles on it and was owned by a couple well into their seventies. It is truly mint. I got excellent service records and the brake pads are all original. Still over 1/8"on the front.

So my question is this: Does anyone know of any options to turn the average feeling brakes in this RL into something closer to the more immediate, direct feel I had in the TL?

Thanks in advance.

No, the RL brakes was tune that way. I almost had an accident thinking the 4 pot caliper will give me the same feeling found on my Type S Brembo when I drove the car for the first time. I got used to pedal feels in the RL now where I always over apply brakes on the TL. You can change pads which improve initial bite but won't give you the same feeling as in the TL.
