Roadside Assistance Packet
Got my welcome packet today with the roadside assistance cards. There are also 3 individual cardboard pages. The first one, labeled WELCOME contains the following paragraph at the top:
Turbo-driven
As if 3.5 liters and 273 horses wasn't enough, the RDX's i-VTEC engines is turbocharged and ready for takeoff.
I need to go look under my hood again.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed the abused marketing term, 'turbo'. Sloppy marketing really, especially as the first highlighted point of the insert card. Who approves this stuff? "Ready for takeoff?" Like something with a turbo means it can fly? It may all be subcontracted, and poorly reviewed.

I just got that card yesterday and said, turbo? WTF?!? I was wondering how else nobody noticed that and then I come on here and there's a thread on it, lol. What can I say, we here are all very observant (though its pretty obvious as it stated BOLDLY, "turbo driven"). Somebody needs to tell "John Mendel" that he needs a little more accurate information on the cars that he is allegedly VP of. It almost looks like they used last year's model and copy and pasted the V-6 engine stats, a new picture, and re-sent it to us. Cost cutting much?!?
