Replacing inner tail light assembly passenger side Acura RDX 2014

Hi guys ,

I m trying to replace my inner tail light assembly passenger side Acura RDX 2014 . I m kind of newbie in car mechanics. I was able to open every nut and screw . But their is a plastic screw with clip on which i was not able to open . I guess these kinds of screw are common across acura . Let me know how to open as well , i have attached the pics as well for the screw

Based on your picture this is just screwed in. It being plastic may got it seized through the daily heat cycles. Or they used some glue. Why would you remove it? Doesn't the new light have it?

It looks like you can get a flat head screwdriver in there or maybe some needle nose pliers to unscrew it. Never seen that before.
