Question about RDX glass on front side windows

I have a 2017 Acura RDX advanced. I noticed the glass on the front side windows (which are not tinted) is cooler then the front windscreen when the sun is shining directly on it. Do the front side windows have any built in thermal, IR or UV protection? I tried searching, sorry if this has been asked before. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the glass would be heat rejecting. The windshield should be as well, not sure why it feels warmer. Perhaps the angle it presents to the sun.
