Beep When Changing Audio
 

I have searched the manual and all of the settings menus, and have been unable to find any way to turn off the beep that occurs when, for example, you switch from one playlist to another on the iPod.

Is there any way to disable this beep in the software? If not, does the beep originate from the small speaker near the Start/Stop button?
