Bad wheel bearing

Just an FYI for others. Our 2016 with 50k miles has had a mild vibration at highway speeds over the past month or so. I thought it was tire related as they were in need of replacement. I swapped out to Yoko Avid Ascends. This did nothing to help. Started noticing a grinding type noise towards the front of the car especially at low speeds. Took it in to have it checked out. Found a bad wheel bearing. Was told this is fairly common even at 50k. Car is good now and it was covered under warranty.

Maybe on an RDX although I can't see why.

The original front wheel bearings on my old CR-V just clicked over the 300K km mark (186K mile).

They found a left rear wheel bearing on Mine at 55,000 during transmission service.Apparently the only way to check on AWD,is to have it on the air and in gear.I had noticed no noise or vibration.

Apparently the only way to check on AWD,is to have it on the air and in gear. Ummm, does this mean the have to get the car on a lift to find the problem?
