Anyone else hear belt squeak if the AC or defroster is in, the you turn the car off?

Anyone else hear belt squeak if the AC or defroster is in, the you turn the car off?
5 out of 10 times, if I have my defroster on, or the AC on....then turn the car off....I hear a light squeal the slows down and stops for about 3 seconds. The dealer replaced the belt 3 weeks ago....then I heard it again yesterday. This this might have to be replaced....the car, that is!
